Advancement is earned through performance, not assumption.
Courier personnel undergo similar onboarding focused on security awareness, chain-of-custody expectations, and reliability standards appropriate for time-sensitive or sensitive deliveries.
This staged approach ensures that when personnel are placed into higher-responsibility environments, they are already proven, properly trained, and fully prepared.
